Our Venue-Villa Ibarra

We booked Villa-Ibarra Tagaytay for our reception venue on the second week of September.  The venue was still under construction then but since we were a bit in a hurry to close the date we booked it even without seeing the place yet.   I just relied on my intuition that the place would be lovely.
We attended their grand opening yesterday.  The place was located right on the ridge, overlooking Taal Lake and of course the volcano!  I fell in love with it the moment we entered the entrance of the villa and saw the huge glass window that showcased a breathtaking view of the lake.   With Taal as our backdrop,  who wouldn't fall in love all over again?   It wasn't just lovely. It's a little piece of heaven--the perfect place to celebrate the start of our very own "happy-ever-after.

The venue is a french-inspired villa which also serves as a bed and breakfast.  It has 8 rooms you can choose from.  We have booked two rooms for the wedding.  For more pictures of the villa, you can visit

  1. Hi claire. I am considering villa ibarra for my future wedding.. they have the packages and we are planning to avail the php237,000 which includes:
Well Designed Floral Centrepieces for Presidential, Buffet and Guest Tables
Table Setting and Physical Arrangement of the Area
Is their event styling good? Maybe you can share more photos of your wedding?

  2. That’s very nice post. This venue is superb. We also want the suggestions for prettiest Chicago venues for our indoor wedding reception party. Can anyone help regarding that? We both want a perfect golden inspired party so would also be hiring the expert decorators for the big day.
